Family Tradition

Today Craig and I are off on a well-deserved holiday to Thailand – sun, beach, cocktails, massages.

As some of you may already know, I have a touch of anxiety when it comes to flying… Well, more than a touch (I take Lorazepam). Something that gives me a little extra comfort is something that is somewhat of a family tradition on mum’s side. My Step-Dad’s mother is Catholic and for as long as I can remember, she has had what seems like an endless bag of St Christophers which she would hand out to her family, so although we aren’t religious, I grew up with these glued to my Step-Dad’s motor bike, pinned to the sun visors in the car etc…. myself, I like to simply clip mine to my carry-on luggage.

What is your go-to travel comforter?
